ARANICA – is a young filly resulting from a combination of Janów Podlaski’s and Michałów’s signature dam lines – EMIGRACJA and ALGERIA.

Her dam, ALOJA, a class top five finalist in the yearling fillies class at the Polish National Show, is a granddaughter of ALBIGOWA, the best producing daughter of Janów Podlaski’s cherished Kuhailan broodmatron ALGERIA. Seldom can you find such famed horses today so close in the pedigree. Both mares had been the favorites of the legendary Janów Podlaski Director Andrzej Krzyształowicz. ALBIGOWA has blessed Janów Podlaski with stellar daughters, both show winners and show producing broodmares, such as  ALIARA (progenitor of chief sire ALMANZOR, ARMANDA), ALBONA (dam of chief sire ALBANO, progenitor of All Polish Senior Bronze Champion, Polish National Senior Silver Champion Mare ASCALONA), ALTONA (dam of ALTAMIRA, ALABAMA, ATMA, progenitor  of ATANDA, ATAKAMA, ANAWERA, ADELITA), AMRA (granddam of AMARENA, ADYGA, progenitor of AL NARCISO), ALHAMBRA (granddam of AL JAZEERA).

ARANICA is sired by Michałów’s EDMUND, Junior Spring Show Silver Yearling Champion and Polish National Senior Top Five Stallion. EDMUND is a son of the incomparable King of the Ring and European Triple Crown winner EKSTERN. His dam is a daughter of multi-champion EJRENE, one of Michałów’s most accomplished daughters of GAZAL AL SHAQAB. EJRENE’s abundant career includes twice World Junior Top Ten, Junior Spring Show Champion Mare, Polish National Junior Champion Mare, twice Wels International Senior Gold Champion Mare, Polish National Senior Silver Champion Mare, Arabian Horse Weekend Senior Gold Champion Mare (Sint-Oedenrode) and Tulip Cup Senior Bronze Champion Mare. EJRENE is a direct granddaughter of EMIGRACJA.
